A lot of people think I am the ultimate EQII fanboi. I am not shure but that half naked DE in the top right corner of the inside flap, might possably be perhaps be Lucian's Leutenant from the orignal Opening movie... And I do beleave the spells they showed form her where Necro Spells.

Granted, the box art is iffy.  However, they weren't trying to capture the four-year player with this.  From a marketing standpoint, that box not only contains RoK, but the original game and *all* of the content of the past four years.  I think that's what they were trying to sell with that art.  Now...was it still move?  Hmmmmmm.
