So...a month to go before the level cap is extended to 80. Things to look forward to.

1. Is it true that those at level 70 will begin with zero vitality?

2. Raid guilds (sorry...I know I promised I wouldn't say those two words in conjunction again). Presumably they will be grinding big time in between raids. Can see a lot of burnout kicking in quick here, the pressure to level up to raid levels.

3. Queues at the collections npcs for all those wanting to hand in 200 collections at once.

4. Prices of collectables and status items going through the roof at the broker....at least in the short term.

5. SOE and Prima getting together to produce an updateable online game guide.

6. These forums being innundated with people moaning on about how the servers are always crashing during the first week.

7. Plat farmers paying overtime rates to service the demand from idiots prepared to "buy" their way to level 80.

8. The game becoming polarised between levels 1~20 in the newbie Sarnak zones and the t8 content. Anywhere else devoid of any players.

9. The new epic Laser Guided Chop Saw of Norm causing a bit of a stir in tradeskill circles.

10. Oh, and of course.....rangers complaining about getting nerfed again.

I'll take #1 for 200, please.

#1, true story. Vitality at 69 and 70 is someone's idea of an extremely sick joke at SOE. At 69 I noticed it never dropped below 99.9%, and then at 70 it just disappears completely. FT........W? Regarding #2. I used to be in a raid guild. I'd say that for me there was no burnout, just a bit of stress. We were all trying to grind out to new level cap asap so that we could hit the new raids and hopefully get some server firsts in takedowns and loot. These were my best grinding times since we had full guild group 100% of the time, meaning we were always with a group of people who knew what they were doing and how to play their class properly, and not stuck with n00b pickup groups everyday. We didn't grind between raids since we didn't do raids at all. 100% grind to cap. On #3, I don't know how those people do it. Props. Because completed, or nearly completed, collections burn a hole in my pocket and my brain, with this deep uncontrollable itch that can't be avoided.

Of course you wont have time to upgrade youre gear or attend to any other housekeeping chores. But Ill bet it could be done.

Would a L.15 get the full amount of AA/Adv xp for handing in a L.60 collection or is there some cap in place and most of the XP is wasted?

So I don't think you're losing out in doing that. /smack Doh! I hadn't thought of #4. I've generally been discarding every single non-rare collection item I harvest, but there may be a market for them for a bit.
