So... Since when do Arasai sink when they get in water? I took a month or so break and before I left my Arasai swam on top of the water. Now... No matter what I do, they sink to the bottom. What's up with that? I guess I should test it and jump in the water with my Fae and see if wings are inherently heavier than water.

What class are you and do you have any water breathing spells cast on you by you or someone else? There is a priest spell which causes any character to instantly sink to the bottom of the water but also gives water breathing.  I can't remember which one, though.Oh.. and my arasai dog-paddles on the top of the water just fine.  She grumbles the whole way about her wings getting wet and how long it will take to dry them and get the wrinkles out of her clothes, but she floats.. and can't breath water unless she remembers to buy totems or group with a priest.

Mystics have the water walking spell for trotting along the ocean floor as well.   Also great if you want moon walk and aren't a winged race.
