do the 2 bards buffs stack? if you had a group of two they would own no?

Not in all cases no.  Some of the AA lines you'll take give you group buffs that will not stack with other versions of the same buff.  Two Dirge or Two Troub will not have lines that stack either.

Buffs of the exact same type, if both are the same class, do not stack (i.e. the stat increaser, the melee/ranged skill increaser). Buffs of the exact same type which both classes have do not stack (i.e. power regen).  Buffs which are similar between the two classes, if you have one of each in a group, do stack, but only the part that's not the same (i.e. the stat increaser - the troub increases str and sta, the dirge increases str and agi, both in the same group only one str "sticks" but the sta and agi are both buffed).
