With the recent changes to dual weilding in as much you can use virtually any single handed weapon for dual weilding are there any penaltys for doing so ?

Is there a penalty to the off hand ? Is it best to put your best weapon in your primary hand ? Is the primary hand at its base attack modifier ? ( sorry for the dnd reference)

If one weapon has a speed of 1.2 and another has 1.6 will the 1.6 get 'skipped' once in a while ?

I did a quick search for dual weild and penalty but came up blank.

If anyone has a link explaining the game mechanics for this Id be most appreciative.

Thanks in advance.

when you dual wield each weapon takes a 33% increase in the delay, regardless of which hand it is in. that is the only penalty i am aware of
