Some of these are easy, here goes:1.) Killing Trash--A) Adventure -- None, Achievement -- None--B) Adventure -- All of It, Achievement -- None2.) Killing Named--A) Adventure -- None,Achievement: If you are looking for a % or a specific # of xp points, it seems to have a lot more to do with the # of AA you have than anything else.--B) Adventure -- Standard xp for solo/heroic/epic of that levelAchievement: See above. There is no reduction in achievement gained just because you get adventure xp as well.3.) QuestsFor both A / B it seems HIGHLY dependent on which quest it is, level / quest level difference and aa # / quest level.4.) Looting a treasure item for the first time--A) Adventure -- None, Achievement -- Same as for killing named, depends highly on # of aa points you already have.  Higher tier items also seem to give a larger amount of aa experience.--B) Adventure -- None, Achievement -- Same as above.Overall, you get either adventure xp, achievement xp, or both; however, there is no reduction in adventure or achievement experience just because you also got the other.

As a further note:There is SOME "trash" that will give achievement experience.  This seems to be trash that is part of specific encounters / quests or trash that acts as wide-sweeping placeholders for a named (many times they count as the "same mob" as the named when determining whether or not you already received achievement experience).  These are few and fairly far between, and I'm not sure whether it is a bug or intended.
