I love Juggernaut.  I use it constantly as OT and I even use it while tanking.  Once the mob is debuffed I just hit wall and suppressed rage and that basically negates the penalties.  It would be nice to have it do something else, but it's not needed.  That massive crit chance increase is a huge DPS boost.

yeah, but sometimes the enemy can lay a huge stun or Stifle on you, this makes it where they cant while your attacking (If they stun or stifle you, the attack is just wasted, and you pay the cost with your life)

i'm going to assume this is a [Removed for Content] about the penalties for juggernaut, re read the penalties and your temp defense buffs, they more than make up for this.

For some real fun stack your open wound, destruction, and juggernaut. Especially on large group mobs or when dealing with several mobs. Let loose with your AOE and group AOE attacks. thats a great combo, but if u havent try this combo..................in this order.......> Bind Wound, Destruction, Cold Retrubution (if you took it), Open Wounds, lastly Jugger naught.

What the hell is Cold Retribution? I know it's not AA, CA, so what is it. Racial trait? If it is, i can't see how those would help much, atleast mine aren't that revolutionary.

uh, its a barbarian racial that procs like 30 damage 1.8 times a min or something crappy like that... woohoo?
