When moving spells on the hot bar they get dropped, removed, or picks up another one not selected at all. This is frustrating resulting in having to find the spell or ability in the book after it is removed from the hot bar due to this bug.

When taking items from the character bag and attempting to bank them the items are instead, identified, dropped, attempt to destroy, moved to an unknown bag and u have to look for it, instead of picking up the selected item it picks up another one. While banking npc's and players near you are hailed instead of picking up the item, when attempting to bank armor it places it on your toon.

These bugs are affecting game play. I have sent in numerous bugg reports along with my guild members who are having the same problems. When using the guild bank one is limited on the number of items they can remove per hour and this bug is resulting in unwanted selected items being picked up counting toward that limited number. As a result it is limiting our guild members from getting what they need out of the bank.

The past couple of days after the last update have been much worse. The only way I can describe what it looks like when it happens is extreme lag during the manipulation of spells from hot bar and item transfers from bags. Please fix this problem it is making the game frustrating and banking has become a nightmare.

Hmm, I haven't ever had this happen, other than during an occasional lag spike in QH or Neriak. If you are having guildmates with the same issue tho, then perhaps something is going on with that particular server?

I don't remember the number of the LU where this began happening but it was LONG time ago. I'd say at least a year. And like the OP, I am sick to death of it. Man do I wish they would fix this.

I mostly see this when trying to grab something from a bag to drag elsewhere. You can very easily pick up the item next to it instead, in the direction that your dragging. For instance, since I mostly drag down, I often (40% of the time?) get the item below it in the bag. Or another 20% of the time I get nothing at all. This started when they added the resizable bags. The smaller bag icon size, the more often this happens. If you leave them fairly large it doesn't happen nearly as often.

This has forced to be much more slow and deliberate when grabbing an icon from a bag. I try to click exactly in the center of the icon or slightly above, and I find my self clicking more "forcefuly" (like that's going to help! . Most of all it forces me to really look at the icon as I'm dragging it, to be sure: A. I am actually dragging something, and B. It looks like the icon I wanted to select and move.

Perhaps it will get a little better now (GU36) that we can Alt-click on an item to move it to a trade window, etc., but I haven't tried that to see if it's any more reliable in selecting the corrent item. I don't know how many places this can be used (does it auto-bank if the bank is open?), but I'm sure it won't help us in moving items from one bag to another.

I would add some borders to your bags. I did that to avoid this annoying bug. I made mine like 4-6.

I used to get a bit of that due to client side issues, not the game. I beefed up my system and it never happened again.

It was like having a lag between trying to do things and when the commands were executed (so you were already on to something else or had clicked other things etc..)...was hard to play. Things were processing too slowly. The extra RAM I put in seemed to make the biggest diff.

I totally agree with the OP. This problem needs fixing. It's extremely annoying and slows my game play all too often.

I'm also experiencing the same issues as the OP. Most of the time, I have to make sure that I'm hitting the icon dead center or I'll end up clicking / dragging something else. Yes, all this seems to have started when the devs made icons resizable.

Agree - a pain in the (your choice of anatomical part here) - it can happen sometimes even when you are being fairly slow and deliberate about it. Affects heaps of our guildies as we moan about it fairly regularly.

I agree this is a very annoying bug, or whatever it is. I'll try adding borders to my bags, hopefully that'll help til this gets fixed.
