Blue shiny question

<p><span style="color: #ccffcc">Honestly I had forgotten all about this (these) until I just read something in Homeshow forum!</span></p><p><span style="color: #ccffcc">I did a search and found lots of posts about 'blue' or 'shiny' but can't find anything on the details of these <img src="/smilies/136dd33cba83140c7ce38db096d05aed.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.</span></p><p><span style="color: #ccffcc">Could someone please direct me to information or explain (again) what these are, where they are, how you get them etc THANKS!!</span></p>

The blue shinies are secret shinies you can only see when you use the reward for the EoF expert collection.

Once you complete the faydwer expert collection (a ton of the rare collections from each zone) you receive some goggles.  With these equipped you can see new blue shinies in certain zones which then can be harvested for the collectables.

what makes me laugh is people will pay 4-8pp for the rare shinies to get the goggles, then put the blue shinies they find up for under 1g.

The more there are, the lower the price.</p><p>Naturally sony put in rare blue shineys, so those go for an even higher price.</p>
