3rd Floor of Shadow Oak

Does anyone know how to get up there? (I'm referring to the floor that is blocked by the barrier. As in the floor 2 floors above the ground floor) There was some discussion about it in zone yesterday and no one seems to know.

<p>I was hoping it would be a challenge like the Monk tower in Fallen Dynasty where as you complete the quests on the current floor, the new one opens up. I've done all the quests from the 2 initial NPC's and then the lady on the next floor up and it's still blocked <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> </p><p>Only things I can think of is that there is no upper floor available yet, it's level restricted, or there is a quest somewhere else that needs to be done first.</p>
