is there a down below in Neriak?

I moved to neriak, and with the new transport crate have a few items from friends that i can't retrive.  I know that some of these players are not going to sneak into the city because the guards - level 75 - are everywhere.  Does anyone know if there is some type of down below that would allow a player to enter into the city?  If so can anyone point out where this is.

<p>There is no sewer system, at least not at this point.  Remember, Queen Christanos sealed the city off from everyone and everything, and the Thexians have been trying for years to find a way back in ... and they finally ended up digging through rock to get there, and even then only becuase Queen Christanos re-opened Neriak herself.  So, if there had been an alternate way to get into Neriak, methinks the Thexians would have found it long ago.  Nobody was more motivated, cognizant of it's location, aware of the signs, or spent more time looking.  </p><p>I wish they'd just send a mail to the item owner giving him/her the option of Reposessing the item if they wanted to do so.  All they'd have to do is click the "Reposess" button in the mail and it would mail it to them.  If they didn't reposess it within 30 days of the mail being sent it becomes yours to keep ... kinda like Adverse Possession, Norrath style.  That way you'd get to place, keep, and use the items, but if the rightful owner still existed (and wasn't an old character that you had subsequently deleted), the owner would be given ample time to take it back--magically teleporting it out of neriak and to the rightful owner's residence.  But, if they didn't act within 30 days ... they lose their right to Repo it.  Sounds fair to me ... but I have no idea how difficult that would be to code.  Heck, they have date-stamps on lots of other things like veteran's rewards ... it doesn't seem like it would be too hard, but who knows.  </p>

I like your suggestion.   I just find it frustrating that a player is never going to have a chance to come claim their item.  I might post this on anoher forum, and hopefully a dev might come on and try to resolve this through a future patch
