Hey Folks,       This here elusive npc has not been spawning the past few days on my server. Is there a time o month he comes out or what? lol Just wondering if the community has any clues! or just blame SOE??? :/

LAst few times I've run by his spot on naggy he hasnt been around. Not that I've stopped and waited for him, but he usually pops up just as I run by. I actually reacted to him not doing that.

The last time Shady took a vacation was an issue with transmuting HQ items. He was taken out until the issue was fixed.

Hmm i was wondering why i havent been seeing Mr.Swashbuckler around  lol...maybe there was another thing wrong with HQ items that needed him to be taken out

A friend of mine needed him yesterday. I'd just been running round Everfrost and was sure I'd seen him near Permafrost. After my friend had got there, with broken armour, he found I must have seen a Shady Merchant. Doh!
