Semi related question: Is Mara accessible once you have EoF installed? (retail box, not downloaded version)

I tried to hit the Island of Mara Mariner's Bell in TS yesterday and it said I needed to have Falled Dynasty to access. (Granted I was on a character well below lvl 50... just doing some sight-seeing if you will.) I'm able to hop the carpet to Maj Dul and take the spires to KoS without a hitch.

The EOF retail box only came with the original game and the expansion packs (dof, kos, eof). The adventure packs (bloodlines, splitpaw, fallen dynasty) were not included. They are still purchaseable through sony's download site.

Oh and BTW, it's level 50 of either Adventurer or Tradeskill to get quests there
