I have put an +12 disease damage adornment on my Marr's Fist. However, by the parse, I can only deal extra +6 damage on mobs. Is it a bug or working as intended? The delay of Marr's Fist is 1.6. If it is working as intended, it doesn't make any sense. This adornment is legendary and even a treasure weapon adornment can deal more damage than it. What's the point to put this adornment on weapons? Any suggestion please?
The +12 damage adornments scale based on delay. Since Marr's Fist is a 1.6 delay weapon, it will only receive 53.333% of the damage that a 3.0 delay weapon would gain from the adornment. That 53.3333% is 6.4 damage, which the game scales down to 6, and that is why you gain 6 damage.

I assume that it works the same for all +damage adornments? I recently put a +8 Slash adornment on my Pristine Imbued Ebon LS but have not had the chance to try it yet.

The listed damage is assumed as a base 3 second delay and scales accordingly with slower weapons? I was wondering how they prevented massive damage increases on very low delay weapons.

How is 24 = massive damage?
