Thats just dumb, and totally unbalanced. Even at level 70, the peacock line (up until the last quest, which is the one where you can get that language) is not about killing - its mostly about clicking. The only benefit a level 70 would have is that in Living Tombs/Silent City, everything is grey. I challenge anyone to do the whole peacock line in a day - and even if it could be done, it would be a true test of sanity. Going to willow wood and paying 11s for a language primer is not exactly the same thing. agressiv

And please tell me how you can do the whole claymore questline in 1 day? And please tell me where in the CLAYMORE quest line do you get Koada'dal language? And if you meant peacock, it takes 2-3 days to do the 28 quests you need and thats trying very hard and playing for many hours on end. Its also pretty funny that you are a Templar from, let me guess, Qeynos/Kelethin! So you have no idea of the trouble Freeport Citizens were faced with just to get this language if we wanted to work on this new quest line the past week or so. So of course you can't sympathise, you had it easy! It only took you citizens 2 minutes and 12s to get the language but your going to tell us to suck it up and do 28 quests? I'm glad they fixed this and I know many other FP citizens are as well. Now everyone can get this language primer easily and not just good toons.

Mixxed feelings about it. Altough it is a great way to quicken things up. The fact that ALOT of other Freeportians had to do this quest to get the primer is kind of unfair to them. It's just another part of bieng good/evil. Somtimes it's beneficial. Somtimes it's a bit harder. I mean. Many people did this quest pre 70 where running through Living Tombs and The Silent City were a pain in the [I cannot control my vocabulary]. On the plus side. We won't have to farm Eyes just to get a language primer

.....I don't know why my forum name is comming up as Johndoe0010010...

Not to mention that those that don't have Desert of Flames for whatever reason can't progress through the Swords of Destiny questline because of this.

Had they forced Qeynosians to do the whole Peacock line for whatever reason, fine, but I'm assuming this was just an oversight which is why they are fixing it. I'm all for working on content, and having differences between the two cities, but this is no way even close to being fair. agressiv

Crow's Resting Place and Crows Resting Place, Thieves Guild are different instances of the same place in Thieves Way. The location is simply the zone name, not an address

The Sword of Destiny Quest tells you to go to the down below after you get that coin. It is that instance I believe.

It wasn't hard... in fact is went so quick that it all just flew by. I'm not quite sure why people were complaining about having to do them. It couldn't have been that they were a tedium to complete... it had to be all about the rewards along the way.... so sad. I wish the designers hadn't have given in also. The Qeynosians would have their due to pay with the Kunark expansion, I'm sure.

if qeynos had this same problem, it would be the other half complaining and it would get changed.

Although I did the low level access quest for Crow's Resting Place, I do not have an option to enter Crow's resting Place, Thieves Guild. The normal instance with Fippy works but Thieves Guild just isn't there when I examine the statue to enter. Any ideas ?

Or bought them all back when you could buy from merchants invisibly. Or betrayed and had the forethought to get all the Freeport languages before you split town.

It wasnt laziness, Its called there is no worthwhile reward in that questline for a fighter and pointless to do all of those grey quests when there is no worthwhile reward. Makes sense huh?! And you didn't do it all in one Saturday. stop lying. So you did all 30 or so quests, all the random spawns and such. Farmed every single Godking eye in that one Saturday, got the raid together and killed Godking all in that one Saturday LOL. Thats hilarious. And oh boy, why dont you be a little more original then saying "oh they caved into the whiners again". /rolls eyes Practice what you preach. *waits for the "I have more posts then you therefore I am right" excuse* I'm done with this thread. You had nothing constructive to post in this thread except crying because they made it just as easy for evil toons to get the language as it was for good toons. If the tables were turned and you had'nt done the quest either you would have been pretty frustrated as well, you dont need to admit it. We all know that woulda been the case.
