Hi, me and a friend are returning to EQ2 after 6months and want to start new characters. She wants to be an evil Fae so she plans on betraying. We both want to play together as soon as possible so what would be the ealiest feasible level to betray (deaths and time is fine) for a warden class. The only outside help that can be depended on would be a 30 DE Fury. Ive seen many great guides for the actual questline but nothing that mentions levels. Any help would be great.

The betrayal itself from Kelethin > Exile involves no killing. The faction quests you'll need to perform DO require killing but the instances are level matched so as long as you can solo a single, no-arrow mob, you can do the faction quests fine so long as you choose the right ones. Also of note, if anyone wants to come help the Exile do their instance, they need not worry about faction hits as the kills themselves do not give any. All betrayals can be started as early as level 10. Kinda up to each person if they want to start that early. HTH

Some of the kills in the instances do give a small hit to factions within the city but not city faction itself (example, kills in The Seed of Tunarbos instance will give -100 to the Tunarian Alliance). It's nothing that would make you kill on sight, but still something to be aware of.

Please note...that when you leave Haven you are dumped in TS or Nek Forest so the trek to Ant or CL can be perilous if low level. Also, the 'best' faction quests have you go into FP or Q where you could run into guards that will attack and kill you now.

I just completed a run through "The Seed of Tunarbos" and killed everything in the zone, something I don't normally do. I went in with -1200 Tunarian Alliance faction, and came out with the same. I also checked my faction after each encounter killed to be sure. So unless there is some other faction quest run that does as you say, my first declaration remains true.
