<p>This happened to me today. They deleted my rangers name. I only left cause there was no mailbox so I was gonna get them and delete it and start over. I really wanna do the quests on the Island but want the spell upgrades and armor. If you can wave your magic wand and give me my mail and put me on the island that would be a Godsent. I've already done a bunch of quests on him so that will prevent me having to delete him. I unforunatly have put about 1 platinum worth of collection items on the (new) Thearrow. So I had to decide what was more important between losing my collection pieces or losing all the other mail sent to the first Thearrow. I would like to go ahead and do what you mentioned. The character has already put his bags back into shared bank and is ready to be deleted and the old one reborn. The character 'Thearrow' was deleted on 2007-02-1 at 21:22:30. I am sorry but we cannot reimburse all the items on your main character. However, we can restore your character 'Thearrow' and then you can check that you got the mails. Date was yesterday Feb. 11th 2007 and time was somewhere between 9-11pm I believe.   Customer (JIXX soe) 02/12/2007 10:36 AM   The name of the alt was "Thearrow". After I created the toon I logged my main "Conj" and bought a bunch of armor, spells and a tish tickers torch thing. I dont believe I sent coin to him, just items. In my log file you will see I created the ranger called "Thearrow" twice. The second time was cause I was forced to go to qeynos and get the items since no mailbox on the qeens colony island. I cant remember the names of the items exactly but I purchased them right before I mailed them. So everything I bought (including collection shards and harpie leafs) were all mailed to "Thearrow". I can log my toon on and tell you the items I did recieve if you like. I would say I did collect maybe 5-6 items that I mailed myself. But the other items had not gone thru yet when I deleted the original "Thearrow". I didnt know I was doing that without all my mails but it was late and I was tired. I'm not sure how or where I can find all the items I purchased off broker. But if you could get that list and compare it to what this current "Thearrow" withdrew from shared bank then you will know what I'm missing. Sorry but I dont know any other way as I've never played a ranger and dont know all the spell names and armor I bought. I do know the collection quest pieces (conjuration shards and harpie leafs or feathers?) were all lost with exception of one conjuration shard. Also another item Im sure of is the Tish Tickers torch of the moon or something like that. I sent an alt some spells and stuff to the Queens Colony. I then realized that there IS no mailbox in Queens Colony. I then realized I would have to take the toon off the island and into Qeynos so I did (with the intention of deleting toon after putting items in shared bank). So I left the island and waited and waited till finally the mailbox came full. I got my items and put them into shared bank. I deleted the toon and created the same toon over again so I could do the Island quests. It was then that I realized most of the 2 platinum I just spent on items never got mailed to me. I deleted the toon (but still have same name/race/class on the new toon) just to find that all my good items I mailed myself were not there. I frantically searched for them and checked my main character to see if the unread mail was returned. No the unread mail never came back. Please help me find that mail! Please! I spent alot of money on those spells and such. I unforunatly have put about 1 platinum worth of collection items on the (new) Thearrow. So I had to decide what was more important between losing my collection pieces or losing all the other mail sent to the first <span style="color: #66ff00">Thearrow. </span>I would like to go ahead and do what you mentioned. The character has already put his bags back into shared bank and is ready to be deleted and the old one reborn. I can understand the situation as you sent too many items from the character 'Conj' to 'Thearrow'. As per our records, all the mails were sent on 2007-02-1 at 20:46:16 to the character 'Thearrow'. <span style="color: #66ff00">The character 'Thearrow' was deleted on 2007-02-1 at 21:22:30. I am sorry but we cannot reimburse all the items on your main character. However, we can restore your character 'Thearrow' and then you can check that you got the mails. I dont believe I sent coin to him, just items. In my log file you will see I created the ranger called "Thearrow" twice. The second time was cause I was forced to go to qeynos and get the items since no mailbox on the qeens colony island. I cant remember the names of the items exactly but I purchased them right before I mailed them. So everything I bought (including collection shards and harpie leafs) were all mailed to "Thearrow". I can log my toon on and tell you the items I did recieve if you like. I would say I did collect maybe 5-6 items that I mailed myself. But the other items had not gone thru yet when I deleted the original "Thearrow". I didnt know I was doing that without all my mails but it was late and I was tired. I'm not sure how or where I can find all the items I purchased off broker. But if you could get that list and compare it to what this current "Thearrow" withdrew from shared bank then you will know what I'm missing. Sorry but I dont know any other way as I've never played a ranger and dont know all the spell names and armor I bought. I do know the collection quest pieces (conjuration shards and harpie leafs or feathers?) were all lost with exception of one conjuration shard. Also another item Im sure of is the Tish Tickers torch of the moon or something like that. I sent an alt some spells and stuff to the Queens Colony. I then realized that there IS no mailbox in Queens Colony. I then realized I would have to take the toon off the island and into Qeynos so I did (with the intention of deleting toon after putting items in shared bank). So I left the island and waited and waited till finally the mailbox came full. I got my items and put them into shared bank. I deleted the toon and created the same toon over again so I could do the Island quests. It was then that I realized most of the 2 platinum I just spent on items never got mailed to me. I deleted the toon (but still have same name/race/class on the new toon) just to find that all my good items I mailed myself were not there. I frantically searched for them and checked my main character to see if the unread mail was returned. No the unread mail never came back. Please help me find that mail! Please! I spent alot of money on those spells and such.
