There is got to be ways that make people proud of the toon they build, I have pink legs, red boots, blue chest, red shoulders green gloves.. come on!!

What about an options that lets your chest piece determine the set of armor looks like?

There are got to me ways to unify your amour other then dye.

As this topic ever got any attention from the devs, I know its an old one

I would love if the devs who worked on vangaurd came back to eq2 and used thier armour system of main pieces determining set blending.

Its hard to explain but the color of the main peice is blended into the other peices to make them uniform.

There is an armor/skeleton model revamp that the Dev's have been working on for sometime now, hopefully it will be implemented sooner then later.Im getting tired of the armor issue as well.

Pfft what's worse is that the armor icon is silver and when you put it on it's a completely different color. What I DO like is WoW is how you can actually "try on" the armor before you buy it. Such as in a shop you ctrl left click I believe it is, and another window comes up showing the armor on your character, including color and looks and everything.

Actually it was stated as "At least a year away" back at the end of the Echoes of Faydwer beta test. I remember this because I asked a question on the beta forums and one of the devs answered it there.
