Fist weapons

<p>When using fist weapons like Fist of pain and bone tooth skewer your character keeps doing the open palm animations causing the fingers to poke through, at least on my kerra don't know if this happens to others.  If you could flag the cestii and katar's to use a closed fist look it would stop this minor graphical annoyance with otherwise fine gear. </p><p>Note that if you use a baton or hammer with one it forces it to leave the martal animations and go clubbing and its closed fist *shrug*</p>
