Is there a reason why there isn't a line of quests and perhaps a faction that is involved with attacking the opposing cities?

Seriously, why isnt there a quest giver (or 5) in qeynos that ask citizens to attack the guards of XXX Gate in North Freeport? Or a quest for Freeportians that requires them to sneak in the city and place some noxious device in the harbor or something.

Seems like a giant hole in this whole good/evil city....thing. Why wouldn't there be Qeynosians attacking freeport merchants? Or Freeportians attacking the gnollslayer keep to weaken the defenses of qeynos to a gnoll invasion.

Is there a reason this faction and quest line does not exist?

There are "sabotage" quests associated with the betrayal from one city to another but anyone can do them:

Sabotage Freeport: http://eq2i.com/articles/Freeport_S..._Quest_Timeline

Sabotage Qeynos: http://eq2i.com/articles/Qeynos_Sab..._Quest_Timeline

Thanks to both of you.

I wish at some point the cities were either at war or not at war. Or there was some sort of conflict attached to the division between the sides. Otherwise doesn't it seem like the division is pointless?

So if you are a Qeynos player you can go to Gil in CL to do some sabotage? Or if you are Freeport to the one near Qeynos gates? Even if you don't betray I mean?
