Ya I use gamecards so that when I want to take a break for 2 weeks or a month I just dont enter another code in. Saves so many headaches from some [Removed for Content] in customer support saying "I'm sry sir but I have no record of you canceling your account with us" "Well I can manually cancel it now sir". "No sir im afraid you still owe us that months subscription".

I can sit down with a brand new game and within 5 minutes accidently walk thru a wall, or something equally freakishly. Any update on this? I thought they were making it specifically to test the maximum of 40% damage to someone from any one combat art/spell, but thus far, I haven't heard about any updates on the server or testing. I think the 40% rule would be a very good step in the right direction for PvP.

I have no idea why they would have such a command in game. sorry if I got anyones hopes up, my hopes were dashed as well fyi,

when there are beta running ( like before a new expansion comes out ) and you get an invite you will have to log into the normal eq2 client with your char and type /beta add so the dev can make a copy of your char for the beta server. this has nothing to do with the test server.

The test server is still being configured. We had hoped to have it up well before GU32 was released to assist with extensive testing of the no-zoning changes. Unfortunately complications arose, so it's going to take a bit more time. Due to the high-risk changes included with disabling zoning while engaged in PvP combat, we are postponing the change until after GU32 pending the launch of the Test server. I'm pleased to announce that everyone playing on PvP enabled servers will have the option to copy their characters over to PvP Test once it launches. Much like /beta was used, you'll be able to activate a command in game (more on the specifics once we launch), and have your character copied over for testing. /OOC cross-communication will be enabled to facilitate testing. Other then that expect the rule set to match that on live for the time being.

I always wondered why they never did this for the regular test server. allow regular test server toons to copy over to an exsisting server. And allow regular servers the ability to copy over to test (only w attuned items and no coin). This will aloow much through testing. Especially since test rarely has the ability to handle the most complicated issues. Something to consider.

I this game needs to send scouts over there and make a server with the exact same setup. Even when a lv 11 or 12 comes at me its funner than hell to battle him even at 7. (and yes 4 levels makes 1 hell of a differeance if you dont have another guy there to help take him down) But I was interested in going to test that way I could free up another char slot for pve while still coming back to this pvp whenever I was bored or somthing or the servers crashed down.
