in the topic really.. is it possible to betray qeynos, become an exile and then work on faction to become a qeynos citizen again (and take subclass choices) I've decided to betray my fury to a warden, but was kinda hoping that I could stay around qeynos; as most of my toons are there. anyways.. wanted to know if it was possible or not. Cheers Melfin

yes it is. Instead of going to freeport just work back status with ur city. Alot of people do it when they find maby a zerk isnt for them and go gaurd or wiz/warlock pally/sk. Actually 1 of the most usefull things soe ever put in the game.

This type of "betrayal" is entirely possible. Just realize that the normal betrayal penalties still apply (i.e. all spells reset to app. 1 etc). Enjoy your Warden !

And FYI, you can not betray Pally to SK and remain in the same city. You would have to move to Freeport to complete this step. The neutral classes are Wizard/Warlock, Warden/Fury, Dirge/Troub, Berzerker/Guardian.

thanks very much guys! anyone know (on the off chance) if hoolooh's hat can be changed post betrayal, or is it gone forever?

See that dirge listed in my sig? She was a FP trouby who came to Qeynos long ago, retired her at 60 and with newer betrayal left Qeynos and came back to Qeynos to become a dirge. So yep easily done, with a higher level toon about 5 hrs. As far as the hat, or relic armor..nope it will not change to the new class no matter how much you plead with Hooloh or the giant at the bottom of Sol Eye. Consider it an extra cost for betraying at high level along with the loss of any final masters..still it was totally worth it for my bard.
