Thugs do not keep you from taking the cloud anymore, this is true.  But they STILL put you in combat. You can still use band of thugs on someone, and if they zone over without attacking you back, they will NOT be immune on the other side.  Band of thugs is STILL putting people in combat!  It is still being abused, and making it really easy to kill people.  Simply use band of thugs, follow them when they zone, and kill them on the other side!  Just like before. I don't know about anybody else, but it's getting tiresome seeing developers "fix" a bug or exploit, and finding out later the bug actually did not get fixed, or even worse, breaking something else!  When you say you fix something, it should be FIXED.  In situations such as this, it really calls into question the programming skills of your entire team.

I think he's just trying to single handly put the heat on the dev's for taking away his safehouse. That or Freeports started to pick on him for using every lousy trick that brigands have now. Either way I havn't ran into any brigand yet thats tried it...either they just dont use thugs anymore because they "shouldn't" lock someone in combat or it just doesnt. After all its not like brigands button smashing requires all that much skill. Plus I havn't had anyone complain about it recently. Maybe its reverse psychology?! </p>

I don't know whats up with thugs. I have had them put me into combat since the patch, and I have also had thugs used on me since the patch and not have them put me into combat. But I have personally seen them put you into combat after the patch.

Kruhl is a horrid fame [Removed for Content].  He sits on either the Temple Grounds spire or above the Vultak Pad on Temple Grounds with safehouse on.  I owned him hardcore and took his fame the other day... and today we thugged him and he dishonorably fled and we took his fame <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<p>I don't know whats worse, a brigand complaining about an exiled brigand using thugs on him and loosing fame...or the fact an exiled swash posts on how they intentionally thugged him to get fame.</p><p>What cracks me up is the fact Dakis calls him a fame [Removed for Content], yet metions how he took is fame the other day, then his group intentionally thugged him and got his fame again.  </p><p>Now who is the fame [Removed for Content] in this post?</p><p> Welcome to Nagafen PVP at its finest!</p><p>Actually welcome to Dakis "the forum troll"</p>
