Drawing out the Cazi, how to continue after fail to spawn?

<p>I got to the part where I place the heart and stab it in the druid ring, the crow was there, I got a message about the cackling crow but she never spawned for me. I read posts that it is best to try on a fresh server reboot. But I don't have the heart and knife anymore, so will she just auto spawn if I get it on a reboot? I went by the druid ring this morning just to check and nothing happened (not a fresh reboot). </p><p>Has anyone been able to continue after initial failure to spawn and consumed heart & knife?</p>

yes, it was much like the quest where you have to put the fish in the bucket near the beach to spawn the named. it was only working after a fresh reboot...however, i'd done it in the middle of the afternoon and got credit for it. it seemed like it would basically only pop once a day and whoever got their first got the pop and the update. i would probably bug it because it's obviously not working as intended. it should be an autopop once you get there. unless, it has a timer on it before it can be repopped that people aren't taking into consideration. best bet is fresh reboot on the server though. worked for me about a month ago

<p>I'm stuck at the same place.  I went to the druid ring, used the heart and knife.  The crow was there, but nothing happened.  </p><p>I have gone back to the Somborn settlement and talked to the woman at the cauldron multiple times, but she doesn't give me another heart and knife, just asks if I'm done yet.  Do I have to delete the quest entirely?  Is there any other way to get the heart and knife back?</p>

<p>When I done this, I killed everything around to ensure no wanderers would interrupt me. Then I inched into the druid ring until I got the on screen message. I immediately stopped targetted crow, stabbed heart and the event worked.</p><p>Can't say that's the way to do it, but it worked for my gf later that same day with no reset. As of today (Feb 18 ), I am unable to get the witch to spawn.  I've tried everything under the sun.  I'm getting the same problems when I did this quest on my main about 4 months ago../sigh

Had to delete the quest and restart it, she wouldn't give me new stuff (no biggie, it's a one step quest). Went strait to the druid ring, stabbed the heart, worked perfect.

I have placed the heart on the ground by the crow and stabbed it with the ritual dagger. Nothing! Currently stuck in druid ring with crow and no Aosoth. Ah well!

I had this same problem and what fixed it for me was to just delete the quest and pick it up again. Went and followed the steps and bam, she popped, I killed her and then the quest completed.
