<p>After wasting 30 minutes of my time finding my way around the new petition system I had to repeat the process at least 20 times to various people.... I do not know if this is SoE's way to avoid petitions, but it was really not Customer Service. I called SoE HQ in San Diego, spoke to Sara (A help center person who does not even play any of the games btw), and was in no way helped with my problem. She did not even know how to use the petition system.</p><p> The old way has worked since 1999.. /petition. Why would you change something that worked fine? Please change it back.</p>
