If you change your fourm handle you lose your post count

I change from my forum handle to my main charater on the forums and i lost all my post count, and i'm back to 1 or 2 post... and you can't change back for 24 hours.. If you switch back will you get your post count back? or not?

Interesting.  I'm not sure if that is intentional or by design.  I guess you are in a way posting as a new person, though it clearly is designed so that you aren't switching back and forth like crazy.
