You might have better luck posting tis on your server forums, since it seems you're not only looking for a decorator, but also a T7 Carpenter.

70 or so T7 rares are enough to reduce your house status rent to 0. HOWEVER ... your home is going to be pretty odd looking without a few other rares from other tiers.

As a start I would recommend something like the following:

T7 rares:

6 - 10 acrylia benches

24 acrylia desks

2 large moonstone pools

2 small moonstone pools

1 archaic forged dragon statue

1 venerable forged dragon statue

as many xegonite sconces as you have remaining xegonite for

T5 rares:

6 (or more) ornate linen rugs (use figwart roots)

10 judicial cedar chairs

2 archaic cedar chairs

2 long eccentric cedar tables

T4 rares:

2 intricate oak tables

2 oak benches

T3 rares:

eccentric fir bed

T2 rares:

bone office desk

elegant bone table

T1 rares:

6 sturdy alder chairs

6 -12 sackcloth rugs

In addition you'll need a bunch of common stuff, in particular quite a few thexian wine racks, palm trees, 20 or so feyiron sconces, some rough linen rugs, 20 or so djinn mirrors, a few ornate end tables and more than twice as many ornate briarwood chairs, some long ornate shelves, weathered kegs, lab flasks, and random other stuff.

Also some non-carpenter made stuff, in particular, some enchanter chandelabras, Freeport wooden counters, some of the flaming boar heads from Splitpaw, and, ideally, some of the little purple shrubs that are a Qeynos newbie quest reward for some races.

That'd make for a nicely decorated home, particularly if you pick up a few of the nice bright paintings from the city merchant to brighten your walls.

Message Edited by Didi on 04-11-200604:17 PM

The bone desks would work great for a halflings house though, seeing as they are so bloody tiny. Eh, just check around and you'll find something you like.

Or you can do what I did and make a carpenter for the sole purpose of making your house pretty for alot cheaper.
