Hi, Wondering if anyone can tell me the Filled or partially filled bookshelves that are available to quest or buy in game. I know of the Cellus family bookshelf quest in Zek, are there any others? Thanks.Keowrath Bladestorm

Sadly they haven't given Carpenters the recipes for the very nice filled bookcases that used to be sold by furniture sellers. Those came in a few styles and one even had straight sides so you could place them close together and make a library.

The new T7 recipes do have a bookcase with books. The one I've seen so far takes rare components, is narrow and has curved in sides so it might be ok as a small side book case but isn't what us "build a library" types were hoping for.

There's actually two bookcases in T7 rare. Wizard and Warlock. The books and such on the shelves are just re-arranged a little differently. They are both lvl 60 adv recipes and have 900 reduction.

I made my first rare ebony wizard bookcase the other day, theyre beautiful but kinda grey, good news Ive found is you CAN put itms on the shelves in the empty spots i.e. add your own books and bottles, its a very nice way to liven it up.

I'm still ticked off that they took the bookcases that are displayed in Fahara's Furnishings, out of the game. I used to visit that shop every time I went through NQ and look longingly at all the nice furniture I could NOT afford at the time It's not fair that some of us can't buy these items anymore and not forgetting the fancy counters that were also removed.

I thought SOE was going to put all these items back into the game, but to be carpenter made only?? Well, we're still waiting SOE! Oh and what's happened to the T6 rare crafted items?

Yes, I've seen pics of the T7 wiz and warlock bookcases, but to me, they are more suited to the Freeport homes.I want to see the wooden versions back in the game.

Would be nice if they gave us back all that furniture we used to drool over as T6 rares even if they don't have a DoF theme to them!

Those are pretty cool...but the grey...hmmm. I woud think that Rare Ebony would imply black. There seem to have been a lot of color changes with the expansion...my cobalt armor (that was changed to blue) is now black, and the ebony bookcase is grey - lol. But for 900 status....wow. 6 of those in the house and no worries Thanks again for sharing

Ok so the coloring of these Ebony bookcases isn't *perfect* for Qeynos homes.....but who the heck cares???? They're beautiful!! AND you can add stuff to them...a few colorful books, one of the music boxes....

I agree that they would blend in the best to the FP homes. Well, now the decorators in FP have a really good item, instead of all the brown stuff thats perfectly suited for Qeynos homes....

start finding the good in the T7 items people. They're frggin gorgeous and a HUGE step up from the silly T6 crap that didn't look good anywhere but MajDul.

The teak ones look a bit bland to me, and it's not the point in any case.

fre'do wrote:

you can put books in teak bookcase.

you can put books on shelves and lower shelves, and if they become red and unplaceable, try getting a tall standing vase to stand on, you may need something tall to stand on to get them green and placeable.

chairs will work too. i have every books placed on briarwood shelves. if cant place book in middle then try place music boxes or mini bottles, collectable rocks.

i lived in (Butcherblock server) SQ 3-rooms, Lucan Street near the southern gate to antonica and horse stables. built my "unique" made fireplace, but dont know how to post the pics on this forum.

i agree, i hate those Qeynos "brown" walls tones, need some kind of "wall papers" selection or make new paint tints. those are bit too dark to see furnitures in almost same colors.

T2 rare wood, Bone Marrow is red.

Most excellent...as a (ahemm) non-crafter....I find it difficult when my crafters go into their lingo...even the tiers of stuff mess me up. This will be great for those of us that provide the majority of raw materials to get our stuff done faster
