<div>I was just wondering how much does it cost to have someone decorate an empty 5 bedroom house in SQ and have no or very low status cost.</div><div> </div><div>I currently have like 75 paintings 15 bear rugs and about 10 bazierrs (spelling?).</div><div> </div><div>I also have one of every music box from the christmas event and a vase from the DoF expansion.</div><div> </div><div>I was looking at spending a large amount of money. I do not want to say a price i am willing to pay as i want an honest estimate.</div><div> </div><div>Basically i want to give my items to a decorator and my house and have them decorate any way they want. I know there are some awesome decorators on Kithikor so i hope i can get one to make my house look great.</div><div> </div><div>Here is some info about me.</div><div> </div><div>I am a 60 jeweler, so i use the workbench, forge, and chem table. I have the status to buy these but i will need to wait til SOE fixes my guilds lvl.</div><div> </div><div>I am a lvl 60 gnome mystic. Most ppl think i am crazy, lol , and the ppl that know me can confirm that.</div><div> </div><div>Well I hope you guys can help.</div><div> </div><div>No ironwood furniture FTL <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> This is my reaction</div>

<div></div>If your looking to decorate a 5 room house and have no status to pay when it is all done for the upkeep you should expect to pay upwards of around 20p - 30p dependant on how many rares. That is a ballpark estimate of what it cost me and i made all the items myself buying a lot of cedar adds up!

<div></div><p>So would 40p be a good price to pay to have someone come in and decorate my house and to have a no status upkeep?</p><p>If this is a good price and there is a person on kithikor that wants to decorate my house, send me a tell in game on Lepios.</p><p>We can discuss payments and what not.</p>

All are welcome!</span></div><p>Message Edited by retro_guy on <span class="date_text">02-17-2006</span><span class="time_text">08:01 PM</span></p>

<div>The cedar and ebon would not be a problem but just like u said "why not wait til the T7 rare stuff."</div><div> </div><div>I have heard the rosewood stuff looks awesome and its common so i hope rare looks nice.</div><div> </div><div>I already have about 90 items giving me 21K status reduction but if you walk into my inn room in baubbleshire, it feels as if you are walking into an insane asylum. I have like a circle of bear rugs and paintings every which way on the ways.</div><div> </div><div>So i will wait for a month or 2 and let some carpenters get lvl 70 then will buy my house.</div><div> </div><div>Also are there any designers on Kithikor i can add to my friends list so when the time arrives i can call you and put you to work</div><div><img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></div>

<div></div><p>I worked on many 5 rooms back on my server, the usual cost was calculated on the numbers of rare/fuels/my time&skills.</p><p>Prices was usually going from ~30 plat for a "regular" decoration = status down, nice looking around but nothing exeptional, to the maximum a customer ever payed for a really long and detailed job on his house is 80p. And with the Tier 7 coming and hopefully soon T6 rare, i would say the price might almost double, due to the rares.</p><p>So for no status rent, and a nice design i would go right in the middle, 40 plat sound good. (T1 up to T6 no rare in T6)</p><p>For a complete house T1 to T7 all tier rares included a good 100/150plat imho (around 350/400 items)</p>
