<DIV> <DIV>Hello everyone,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If you receive an "X" appended to your characters name after a server transfer our in-game customer service team will be able to offer your character a new name. Under the help window you will be able to submit a customer service ticket. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Please make sure that you select the appropriate category and subcategory (Name Assistance / First Name Assistance) and within your CS ticket please include the top 3-5 names that you would like us to try.
