I just finished my FBSS quest last night.  The final fight was a Solo lvl 44 mob.  It was a double up mob that required a full group last week.  All the other fights where solo fights as well.  I believe the final fight should be more difficult and that a person should not be able to solo the final fight or most the fights, unless it's gray to them.   Like the trying to finish the SBS and SSOY in Deathfist citedal  That is a difficult place.  Trying to make sure you hit every step. The constant spawn can be very annoying. In EL, it's very hard to find lower lvl mobs, that are group lvl.  They are all solo mobs.  The first group mobs I found were the Defiled Halflings (i believe that is what they are called)  and they are lvl 35.  That was the lowest lvl group mob I have found.  Was trying to help the guild find a spot for their group.  They finally had to go to a different zone.  It's like most of the double up mobs have become solo encounters.  I believe in making mobs soloable, but not all of them. <div></div>

<DIV>Just to add an additonal note to this train of thought.  I completed the Fishbone earring last night (Thx Dag and Flee), when I was sent to kill the Captain over near the Gnoll cave (final kill), the Captain was a Lvl 31 Solo Mob (No ^^'s at all).  We were quite surprised by the level / ease of the kill, especially after just completing Everling and Varsoon.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thinking some of the overland tweakage has fallen into the quest mobs that pop there as well.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Rondari <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

I was refering to Enchanted Lands, I haven't fought in the lower tiers yet since the change. Kaida lvl 43 Defiler <div></div>

I can't judge on the higher level content of course (and the above sounds a little too easy considering that they're end-of-significant-quest-mobs), but I have to say that as a player who plays solo for 90% of the time, I had a lot more fun running around Thundering Steppes last weekend, and was able to complete some simple quests that I've had for ages but had to put off (killing a bunch of giants for example to be able to pass through bridge keep at night), simply because I could not do them as a lvl 27 templar. These adjustments definitly made my game experience as a solo-er a lot better. I can see that things would've gotten easier for groups. At least groups can seek out monsters that con higher and still get xp (the reverse wasn't quite so possible for a solo-er before this change..) <div></div>
