Currently the crafting system allows you to use higher tier fuel to craft lower tier items. This sounds like an ok idea at first, but it is leading to a lot of accidentally used higher tier fuel. Particularly when you have a small stack of higher tier fuel on hand and the crafting window automatically picks the higher tier stuff.

PS, please look at the usefulness of woodworker arrows/totems, alchemist poisons/potions, weaponsmith thrown weapons. No one will buy T5 arrows for 7g under the current system.

Message Edited by Shunidar on 02-13-2005 02:41 PM

Message Edited by Shunidar on 02-15-2005 07:10 AM

I'd like to second this comment... Realized today I was using T2 fuel while making T1 items instead of the T1 I had just bought... I'd advocate the fuel defaulting to the lowest valid tier available.

It is not uncommon for me to have more than 1 tiers worth of stuff on me.. and fuel defaulting to the most expensive... needs to be reversed.
