Hoola hat and betryal

I think there is a Wand/Staff out there(Claymore reward?) that can switch from being a 2-handed staff to a 1-handed Staff, though the exsamine command, and HQ iteams switch from usable to Decritive Iteams using exsamine. I think the same thing can be done with the Hoola Hats(as well as Relic armor maybe)
