View Full Version : Read the MOTD and NO HO

<DIV>We are all taking a little break from the main servers and jumping into the Test Server for some EQ2 action.  Please folks read the MOTD 'Message of The Day' (in your chat window) and remove or do not use your HO 'Heroic Opportunity'.  It is bugged, as I am sure everyone knows by now...  The young ones that find it amusing to continue using the HO and booting everyone is getting old.  Sorry flame on, as I am sure this is not the first complaint of this!  I just had to take a break from the 15 second boots on TEQ2.  Have fun and I hope some of you get some game time in!</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Dys</DIV>

<DIV>I noticed the crashing on Isle of Refuge pretty much every 2 minutes. Soon as I could get off the isle I did, and I have spent twice as much time in the Freeport zones questing and hunting and have not crashed once. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Several of the players on IoR that were triggering HO's to crash the zone were doing so on purpose. One in particular said he was griefing with the HOs as a protest because the normal servers weren't up. I guess he felt he was stickin it to the man but he was really just ticking off his fellow players. Oh well, I was just looking for a quick EQ2 fix on test during the downtime, I wasn't expecting idiots to come out of the woodwork.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV><p>Message Edited by daminwolf on <span class=date_text>12-18-2004</span> <span class=time_text>04:08 AM</span>

A huge influx of people come play on Test, most are really great people, some even stick around, but there is always a few complete jerks who want to do nothing more than grief everyone around them and ruining everyones fun. God forbid there is a bug they can abuse to do so, because they make the game unplayable for thousands of other people... talk about selfish. As for the folks that come to Test during patch days and decide to stay... god bless them... as it has to be the absolute worst possible time to experience playing on the Test Server.. hehe.<BR>
