AGI AA line Question

reduced casting time is nicer than you'd think. i don't have the ability but i do group with a troubadour regularly who can lower all casting times by 30% i believe it is. it's very nice. the time you really notice it is later on when you're out of group and have grown used to the casting times you were seeing. everything feels like slow motion.that all said it's certainly not better than either the str or int lines in my opinion.<div></div>
