Weapon delay is now reasonably balanced with respect to proc rate and crit damage added over time. You should now be able to choose your weapons based on their weapon type, damage type, look, and stats without as much worry about losing proc chances and crit damage.In the end, however, you will probably feel that you proc a lot more by using high delay weapons although you'll certainly be hitting less often.<div></div>
