<div>Just a quick question on this one.  Can this buff be cast on anyone else or only yourself?  I am not at this part of my AA line yet so I was just wondering.</div>

When last tested on beta it was a toggleable buff, it took effect on myself (the caster) when the effect was toggled on.<div></div>

It's self only defensive proc.  Mostly useless unless you are soloing I guess.  I think a much better idea for the skill would have been some sort of debuff that went off on offensive not defensive.<div></div>
