Assassin T6 fabled?

I just hit 60 and have a lot of free time atm that im playing eq2 in.. Wondering what and where I should be looking at to find fabled stuff that is actually useable? Thanks in advance <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>

<div></div><div></div>(Option 1) Run instances. Poets Palace (daily instance, access required) in Shimmering Citadel drops Silverthorn. Cazel's Mesa (daily instance) in PoF drops Strap of Flaying. One of the Court faction instances (3 day lockout, access required) used to drop Death Mark, I can't verify that it still drops as I haven't seen once since these instances were changed from guaranteed metal to rare metal. Killing one of the Sha'ir overseers in Maj'Dul starts a ring event, when it drops metal one of the rarer drops is Silent Blade of Mudeef. (Option 2) Kill Epics In the Silent City contested raid area Arazul, the Hand of the Godking, (rare epic x 4 ring event spawn) drops Arazul's Ceremonial Dagger. I can't recall where this drops, but I think it is either another drop from the Silent City contested raid area or the final mob of The Gates of Ahket Aken (epic Living Tombs) instance: Khanda of the Royal Embalmer. [location confirmation pending] In The Gates of Ahket Aken, the Foreman (big named purple fatty in the second "Residence" court) drops Foreman's Shank. In Sinking Sands, the contested Terrorantula can drop Desert Skewer. (Option 3) Epic Questing Completing the "Peacock Quest" series culminating in the defeat of the Godking in the Fountain of Life instance makes the Dark Fury Sabre of Anuk reward available. Advancing the 'Capturing Day and Night' quest by killing Barakah and Siyamak in Maj'Dul will provide access to a moderate DR, middling stat dual-wield reward option. Thanks.. Got anything I can aim for gear-wise, as well? There is so much scout armor available that your best bet is to just join the world-wide assassin channel and start asking for links and locations. That is the best way to get a gauge on the gear you can readily get your hands on instead of gear that is unattainable until your guild starts raiding the various weekly raid instances. <div></div>

<DIV>I recently aquired a nice fabled helm for my Assassin off of one of the wraiths in Silent City.  Was the one that spawns on the right side in the bottom single group section.  Good AGI/STR on it, and is useable at lvl 52.  I'm sorry... i'm having sort of a brain fart here on the name of the wraith and the name of the item.  I'll try to remember to post back on it.</DIV>

Guildies were getting discovery (not too hard, in the biggest guild on Test) for scout-only level 54 Fabled drops in the Poet's Palace the other night. Said drops were no-trade and they had no scouts in their group.  It was to weep. <div></div>

The ring event can be difficult. At mid-50s we brought 3 groups and overpowered it by sheer numbers, our few 60s doing the majority of the damage. At 60, we single group it from time to time as we pass by -- its not that big of a deal anymore. The loot drops from that event have been completely broken. Supposedly it drops metal at a 'more appropriate rate', that rate appears to be never. I could certainly be wrong, but I haven't heard a single report of a metal drop off of the Sha'ir event since the nerf was announced and that patch went live. <div></div>
