Where can I get Vanish?

Saw on a couple of assassin lists that I should have gotten Vanish at lvl 36, but I have yet to receive it.  I checked my assassin trainers as well, but could not find it.  Could anyone let me know where I can find this skill? <div></div>

The Combat revamp took out all the upgrades to stealth.  In the case of vanish, Slip away is the root ability and there are no more upgrades to it.

It's worth it just for the insta cast.  I don't know about you but that fact that its instant has saved me a few times now where the 3 second cast on hunt wouldn't have.

I love having two different stealths I can switch out as needed.  I usually run around with Hunt on since it allows see invis & it's nice to have Slip Away ready instantly if Hunt is broken or something.  Granted Slip Away is not often useful but I'd really hate to have it taken away. <div></div>

There is no real difference with respect to movement speed anymore so Hunt is a viable transport stealth, but I would point out that Slip Away now has a See Invisible effect as well. <div></div>
