The common is 14 slots, which isn't bad at all. Can't wait to see all those slots free up.

I brought a 14 slot one for 13gp and it holds 1386 arrows. The 20 slot quiver cost over 1pp and holds 1980 arrows. In a long exp grind group the most arrows ive ever used in about 6 stacks before the group broke up. The question is, are you ever really going to need more than 1386 arrows without having a chance to refill? Because lets face it, paying 1pp more for the extra capacity really isnt worth it. Personally i wouldnt bother with the 20 slot one unless you have cash to burn.

Kaediin

51 Assassin - Splitpaw

Yeah, I also bought a 14 slot for ~14gp. The funny thing is, I doubt the crafting cost is anywhere near that...I'm an Alchemist, so I have no idea what the ingredients are (probably fuel costs and 2 secondary components). But I do know 4$$-hatology and I'm sure these guys are just trying to make a quick buck on the scouts that were excited to get their first quiver. Those of you that can, may want to wait until the market lvls out. At first, everyone is going to expect 1pp for their quiver (that cost them like 5gp to make), Because it was the first "market value". But Eventually, someone will come along and flood the marked with Quivers they used to XP on or something. The wars of "I'm undersellorz U!" will begin and drop the 1pp to a more reasonable 20gp, or something like that. tis nice to free up my bags though!! :smileyvery-happy:

Message Edited by hanyou on 11-11-2005 08:58 AM

Sweet, got my 14 slot for 11g 90s on Faydark broker...
I've been holding onto a singed scaled anklet since quivers were first introduced to test as a tailor recipie. I like to pack enough arrows that I don't have to run to town to restock very often. Quivers are also not attuneable, so the resale market is available if you decide that a smaller quiver can get the job done.

Alas as with other containers, once there is something inside they cannot be placed into a bag. At the moment, I'm content to keep all types of arrows that I will need in my 20 slot quiver and re-arrange the arrows within the quiver to suit my needs (the top row of arrows seems to be consumed first, that makes sense, so re-arrangement allows you to pick the type of arrows that will be used).
