<DIV>I read a post on harclave so easy do tell me how I aint a newb in equipment I don;t got rares but I got nice armor and jewlery. Id like to know y soon as I get the buff im slaughtered on easy mode. My necro barely is hit and shes a caster, yet my medium armor assassins with way 2 much agi is murdered on the first group. Someone tell me what Im doing wrong. my sk does harclave fine warlock and necro but my [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] can;t kill the first grp and never could!</DIV>

<P>Seems a bit odd, I havent tried harclave since LU13, but prior to that I did it a few times and had no problems with the mobs once id got the buff.</P> <P>Are you taking just one group on at a time? if you take more than one then you will generally get taken out pretty quickly.</P> <P>Kaediin</P> <P>47 Assassin</P> <P>Splitpaw</P>

<P>Same thing happens to me at lvl 36, I died to a freakin blue mob last night.</P> <P>I have been able to go all the way through the pit and take down the champ so I'm as lost as you are.</P>

<DIV>I popped in the other night when yet again I couldnt get a group.  I had just got the buff and killed the first few sets of mobs after getting it and never had any problems at all.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I cant see why anyone has any problems as once you have the buff its like typing in a cheat and making yourself invincible (as long as you dont just charge into all the mobs and pull a group or 2 at a time).</DIV>

<DIV>Umm was about 4 nights ago.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Honestly dont know what is up then.  Ive only done harclave after level 50 and have had absolutely no problems with it, even when I pull more than one group.  So it might be a level thing, but its meant to scale to your level as you enter it.  Far as I know its a solo only instance?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The only problems I have is actually getting to the coffin itself to get the buff and usually have to sneak past everything to it as attacking them just ends with me dying.</DIV>

Pull the group around him down here and slaughter them, remembering to take out the healers first.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Take out the King, then sneak again to the throne.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Take out the undead gnoll on the throne and your done, evac if you like <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>You can then hopefully get your teleport shard (if you don't have it yet) and return to try and clear the zone at a later time.</DIV>

<P>On my Assassin, I was in a hurry to get him in Harclave because he is my alt, and I wanted to burn up the Vitality he had. So at 20th, I got him through the Splitpaw Access quest and into the Splitpaw Den.</P> <P>The moment I got the Splitpaw Harclave Buff I was [Removed for Content]. I didn't even stand a chance, and I got so frustrated that I just parked him in Splitpaw Den for a few weeks. I eventually got on him to help a friend out in the Rumbler Cave in TS, and we got to 24th there pretty quickly. I then decided I'd give Harclave another chance, and to my surprise, I actually survived.</P> <P>I have a feeling that at 20th we just don't have the variety to make a difference in there. With lower stamina, agility and strength our skills weren't increased that much by the Harclave buff to make that much of a difference versus the heroic mobs there.</P> <P>The only thing that changed between the first and second attempt is my level (obviously), I got the Master 2 Spell Backstab (I forget the name --- Assassin's Blade?) and I did a full upgrade of all my gear.</P> <P>So my advice is, that if you're around 20th get a few levels and try again. If you are higher than 20th, then I'm not really sure... =(</P>

Im just wondering, are you guys using your stances? Im a level 30 assassin, and i had problems clearing out the first mobs that spawned after getting the buff. But when putting on defence stance, it got fairly easy. Try and get Swindlers luck to proc, also fairly easy, and it helps alot for hitting the mobs when in defence stance
