Little help on status item turn in.

I have a bunch of those status turn in items, like Sealed Documents, Scrying stones, etc. What I was wondering, since all of us assassins reside in FP, where are the turn in NPC's? What are their names, and zones? I've been looking for a long time to no avail. Thanks. <div></div>
