Vulnerable Mark Broke?

hmm, mine was procing left and right. The damage on it sucks a big one now, but it was procing for me. <div></div>

Add me to the non-proc group.  I used it on every fight last night, sometimes multiple times per fight, and not once did it proc.  We must've killed 200 mobs between yesterday afternoon and last night and I would've thought that it should proc at least <i>once, </i>but it never did.  I didn't try Assassin's Mark, just Vulnerable Mark.  This CA is definitely broken for me. <div></div>

Mine's proccing, but that's assassin's mark ... maybe try that one to see if it's a skill line or specific skill bug?

My version of Exposing Mark works fine, I usually get at least one proc per fight.    There was a situation a while ago where only certain versions of Slip Away were working the way they were intended to; it is possible that something similar has happened here and perhaps some versions of these skills are broken. <div></div>

Ah, OK. Suggest the L50's try the lower level proc skills to see if its a specific skill bug or something else affecting the whole line for them?My Vulnerable Blade from my Assassin's mark skill in the 20's is OK.
