I'm sure you could of just found another post about this because theres probably 20+ about the same thing, but to save you the trouble....Imo selection is the [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] because its good dmg and i have yet to see a master 1 version of the spell, i'm pretty sure everyone else will be like "get focus aim its so omgz ubah", but imo the m1 of it is a lot more common and easier to obtain, same goes for devitalizing arrow, and i think the other choice sucks from what i remeber so don't even bother with that one <span>:smileysurprised:</span> <div></div>

I went with Focus Aim - have selection at Adept III. I'm on the pvp server and i wanted the extra DPS for when i assault my unsuspecting vicitms. Also have Killing Instinct at Master I  - but can't fire that off and remain stealthed. Selection would probably an overall better call ! i'f respect mine if i can find Focus Aim Master I. <div></div>

/agrees with Naku9 on selection if you can afford to buy/will be able to get masters.  I've never seen a master1 of selection drop or on the broker yet, though it might be a bug on it dropping, it seems some masters just don't drop. More casual though, focus aim is a [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] good choice of a master2 since it will drive a lot of ranger dps if you use it right and its a free mastery skill.  Devitalizing arrow is a 60 parry/deflection befuff at master1 and a whopping 61 debuff at master2. <div></div>

Selection master 1 does exist. After 60 levels of playing my Ranger in a small guild and not finding a single Ranger master, KoS released and in 2 weeks I had Selection, Devit and Rangers blade at M1. Curse the random number generator <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Mirdo. <div></div>

Went Focus Aim myself (for extra crit %), but Selection would be my other choice.  If you get master Focus, then I would get Selection. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
