Wow , still nerfing .....

<P>Thought I would look into the forums and see what was up since I stopped playing a couple months ago and heard a new exp[ansion was due out. Nothing seems to have changed. SoE and the EQ2 design team has to be the least inspired , most boring, conceptually bewildererd group to ever try to make a game work ...... </P> <P>I went to WoW, rolled a hunter, choked down and dealt with the graphics, and can say that now I know why WoW beats out SoE. I tried wow for a month - the first day I played the game I put 6 people on ignore, I currently have  8 people on ignore after 2 years of playing eq2.I played hunter in wow, and looked into it later on. And hunters dident even compare on the high end tree of DPS. But they flew through the levels quicker than other classes. Now there are aspects of wow I like (forinstance there stealth) - but theres more I dont like.

Well, I won't be surprised if the thread gets locked, but thanks for the info.  I played WoW in beta and was only too happy to delete it after 10 days, but the ridiculous numbers of nerfs and adjustments and revamps leave me contemplating checking it out again.God, i hate WoW graphics though...  and I think I oly have 1 or two peeps on ignore in EQ2.  It's truley a double-egded blade.Regardless, I'm glad to know you're happy over there,<div></div>

I think that I will go back to WoW.  I left a few months back to come back to EQ2, but here we are again with massive nerfs.  The reason that I left EQ2 the first time, was due to nerfs.

I would rather play a ballanced game with a ballanced class, than something that is bound to get hit hard.</div>

Its not like it does alot atm anyways so why decrease it. Also they nerf the game 10 times quicker than they fix the problems. Our triple and precise line needs a damage upgrade. Will we ever see it. After levelling up a Rogue and a Hunter it was time to try EQ2.</P> <P>Going to level up a character with the new WoW expansion and if it grips me again all to the good. I really have a grudge against SOE since EQ1 and they're not doing anything to change that. I'm not one to cut off my nose to spite my face but the WoW expansion will occupy me for a while. I'm not overly fond of the WoW character models, but I love the environments and find the gameplay very well balanced.</P>
