Where to buy combat art upgrades at higher levels?

So I just dinged 48 and got Backup Quiver, upgarde is nowhere to be found on the brokers and I can't seem to even find an Apprentice 2 version on any Trainers anywhere? What am I missing? Thanks, Nul. <div></div>

<DIV>any 48 jeweler can make the spell App4 (30 arrows/10 minutes?) for you for relatively cheap.  If you happen to get a ruby or rhodium, the same  jeweler should be able to make an adept 3 which will give you 45 arrows/10 minutes</DIV>
