<DIV>NPC: Arrell Silvertongue <BR>Location: Qeynos Harbor on the Docks </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>1 Sneak around Black Burrows and look for any one suspicious </DIV> <DIV>From the Steppes Station entrance go strait to the water fall and jump down to the lake. Swim south through the under water tunnel, just ahead to the left there is a room with the Brew Masters. Just walk across room and your journal will update. Return to Arrell Silvertongue </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Or fror the Qeynos entrance the room is just ahead on the right. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>2 Find the note from a secret meeting in South Qeynos. Lull guard to sleep by ringing the bells. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>* * Do not attempted this with out getting Walk Lightly Apprentice II * * </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The building for this is in the south row, last one from the Qeynos Harbor entrance. The same row for the level 9 quest. You must wave your mouse over the west door. The door will high light and you can click enter meeting. ! Have walk lightly up before you do this! </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The object of this quest is to ring the 3 bells that puts 3 board guards to sleep. The 3 board guards are in a room with a closed door on the second floor. They all see invisibility. If you enter the room before you ring the bells you will die. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The bells are in the basement, first floor and third floor. There are two rooming gauds on third floor that see invisibility. These guards are timed so if you go strait to the third floor they will jump you. Ring the bell on the first floor first then the roomers will be on the far side of the room on the third floor. They walk in a clock wise circle around the room. If you walk lightly around the room in same way, you can avoid them and ring the bell which is on the far side of the room. <DIV>You do NOT need Walk Lightly above App I - but you do need to be lvl 19 to finish the second part of the quest if App I is all you have.</DIV>

<DIV>I think there is a slight variation in the level of the guards which spawn, too.  In beta, this took me several tries to get right.  Sometimes, the guards conned orange, and sometimes they were yellow.  I don't know if that remains the case, as this quest takes 60 seconds once you learn the puzzle <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>

<DIV>OK, so can someone give me a LITTLE more detail on WHERE this stupid building for the meeting is? Someone told me it's right next door to the place for our lvl 9 quest. But I've circled round and round this building, and cant find ANYTHING. Can someone give me a better lead?? This is kinda an irritating part of our quest, go X location do this, but we're not gonna REALLY tell you what X location is...grrrrr...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thnx!!!!</DIV> <DIV>Gaffor</DIV>

<DIV>Listen is an instanced room so I think it does not have a fixed place. just Look aorund the buildings on the south row in South Qeynos. put your pointer on the doors if it turns into a hand thats the one.</DIV>

Another smallish hint about the third floor of the building....Your bard DOES have ears...use em.Vydian
