<DIV>I am little confused here and wanted some clarification from the Brigand community. I play a 70 Ranger and just rolled a Brigand who is now 20. I thought after LU-19 all scout arts used rare loam to make their AD3 spells. However, the other night my friend, who plays an Assassin (17) and also a sage made himself an T2 AD3 from the rare metal. So what is the deal? Tier 2 is broke/bugged/odd  All Adept III's Use the same rare.  Why you ask?  /shrug<div></div>
