<DIV>Ruthless Cunning is a spell from the Bloodline Chronicles expansion.  You will not get it automatically like your others, but jewelers can make the adept 3 version.  You might see it on the market at times, but if not send a jeweler a tell and they will most likely will have the recipe.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>-Frosch</DIV>

You do not get this skill automatically.  You obtain it after doing the Bloodlines quest line.  You can have a jeweler make it into an Adept 3 without doing the quest line.  However, the jeweler that is making it has to do the quest line to get the book to make the Adept 3.

I thought thirsting veil (vampire only attack) was from bloodline chronicles, and ruthless cunning was from splitpaw saga? Pretty sure...

I believe you get some snare skill from Splitpaw. Ruthless Cunning increases DPS, and the recipe can be bought from the merchant at one of the camps for Bloodlines after gaining their trust. Thirsting Veil is the skill you obtain for completing the last quest in the BLC series.<div></div>
