Rough idea of the years, your help and input required

If you could look over the below, and either suggest changes to events, times, rumours and speculations, then feel free and I will edit it to reflect the input of others. Thank you for your help...))</P> <P> </P><B><U> <P>A Brief Timeline of Events from 500years pre the Shattering to present day</P></B></U> <P>((All years are <U>very</U> rough approximations taken from what sources I have been able to find. But history changes all the time depending on the writer and the victors. Any discrepancies or additions you can see please let me know. I'd like to keep it to within 500 years of the 'unveiling' of Luclin if I can. )</P> <P>-450-400yrs ‘War of the Fay’ </P> <P>Neriak empties to assault the Faydark, along with orc forces from Crushbone. It is only the intervention of dwarf forces from Kaladim and gnomes from Ak’Anon that halt the assault. This is only after the death of Tearis’Thex the Koada’Dal king, the burning of large tracts of the forests and the laying to waste of Felwithe.</P> <P>Seeing Neriak empty, the halfling ‘Leatherfoot Brigade’ and the ‘Kithacor Rangers’ assault the city seeking to collapse the very caverns of Neriak using a device of gnomish origin. With most of Neriaks armies away, Queen Cristanos Thex orders the necromancer Tseralith to unleash a ‘True Ritual’ which causes the dead of both sides to rise up in defense of Neriak. Either way, the gnomish device caused the sealing of the First Gate of the Foreign quarter.</P> <P>With Queen Cristanos exiling those survivors from the battles in the Faydark, and their home sealed to them and all others, a majority of those Tier’Dal above ground gravitate to Freeport….</P> <P>-399yrs pre Shattering of Luclin. The Nexus assaulted by forces of Rallos and Solusek Ro, the Spires and druid rings go silent.</P> <P>-300-399 Second Rallosian War. </P> <P>Avatars of the Gods aid and lead the various races in their struggles and conquests on Norath.</P> <P>The froglok city of Gukta falls to the Rallosians. With their city about to be taken, those remaining frogloks retreat to the depths of Guk followed by a part of the ogre force. </P> <P>The Rallosian forces move towards Freeport and Qeynos. Snow orcs lay seige to and destroy Halas, then enslave gnolls from Blackburrow on their way to Qeynos.</P> <P>The Ogres, newly returned to intelligence, are stopped by a ‘green mist’ the work of the God of Fear, Cazic-Thule, as revenge for the defiling of his temple by the forces of the ogre Urduuk. All ogres on the surface are slain, leaving only those who followed the frogloks underground towards Guk to continue the ogre race.</P> <P>The orcs before the walls of Qeynos are stopped by Brell after their mistreatment of his creations the gnolls. Lucan De’Lere seizes ‘Soulfire’ after its wielder, the Avatar of Rallos Zek,the god of War, is slain by the Avatar of Quellious ,the God of Tranquility. He then orders his forces to destroy the Knights of Truth and Priests of Marr rather than pursue the orcs.</P> <P>-200-300 The Rending. </P> <P>Massive earthquakes and storms, seas become impassable, continents split, towns and cities are lost, massive upheaval and movement of peoples. (An Iksar fleet is sunk, its survivors are enslaved by who?)</P> <P>-The Shattering of Luclin. </P> <P>The moon Luclin, veiled by its creator and unable to be reached since the spires and druid portals ceased to function, returns. A massive burst of light comes with its unveiling and a halo of debris encircle the now visable moon.</P> <P>15 years+ after Shattering of Luclin. </P> <P>Tier’Dal known as Thexians have discovered the Fallen Gate, an entrance into the old Neriak Foreign Quarter. Adventurers delve into the depths for greed, knowledge, or glory. <DIV>The shattering was about 10 to 15 years ago. Luclin had always been veiled, because the goddess Luclin didnt want anyone looking at her creation(s). It had just been cut off for some time because the spires and druid portals stoped working, so many forgot about it. And for whatever reason, the veil fell as it exploded. </DIV>

"Neriak empties to assault and retake the Faydark,"As far as I know, the faydark was never in the hands of the Dark Elves (think that was EQ1 beta lore?) Anyway, pretty sure that was the case.In the second Rallosian War, the orcs all united too, the snow orcs laying siege to Halas and then enslaving the Gnolls of Blackburrow on their march to Qeynos. Also, I think it may be important to note in this entry that after Gukta fell, the froglocks retreated into the depths of Guk, with an regiment from the Ogre army in pursuit. This is important because the 'Green Mist' killed ALL the ogres on the surface, and the ogres in the game now are decendants of the force that entered Guk.Anyway, good work so far, and I hope you can expand on this. We all really need to research and brainstorm this timeline because it is a mjor source of confusion right now <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
